Polar Service Centers acquires JARCO Inc

Polar Service Centers (PSC), a division of Polar Corporation—Polar Service Centers has acquired JARCO Inc. The transaction closed November 5, 2010.
Based in Salem IL, JARCO is a leader in the design, customization, manufacturing, and servicing of truck-mounted tanks for the propane delivery industry. JARCO is a principal supplier to many propane fuel marketers in North America and specializes in providing chassis-specific design services and products to this market.
PSC has acquired JARCO’s operations and facility, which will continue to operate at its existing location in Salem. JARCO’s employees and management have joined the PSC team.
