Hutchens Industries announced that Ben Clark, who has been promoted to director of customer service, will now oversee the operations of Hutchens' customer service department and its representatives. Jerryl Henry, who has been named regional manager, will be responsible for this sales territory: Arkansas, Louisiana, extreme southwestern Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Polar Service Centers has named Jeff Buckholz regional field sales representative, and his territory includes New York, New Jersey, and northeastern Pennsylvania. With more than 20 years of sales experience in heavy-duty and automotive parts and service, he joins the firm from AutoPartSource, an aftermarket parts distributor, where he was a regional sales manager.

Eaton Corporation has named Patrick Randrianarison president of the Vehicle Group in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Based in Turin, Italy, he succeeds Nanda Kumar, who was recently named executive vice-president of the Eaton Business System. Most recently, Randrianarison served as president of Eaton in South America and president of the Vehicle Group in South America. Succeeding him in these roles will be Antonio Galvao, who will continue to be based in Valinhos, Brazil. Since joining Eaton in 1985, Galvao has held a number of positions including director of operational excellence for the Truck Group.

Penske Truck Leasing Company LP (PTL) announced its treasurer Wayne Angelbeck plans to retire in the first quarter of 2013 after 30 years with the company. To ensure a smooth transition, Scott Cebul has joined PTL and will serve as its new vice-president and treasurer. Cebul previously served as treasurer for Bloomfield Hills MI-based Penske Corporation since 2009. PTL also promoted Becky Nester to vice-president of investor relations and assistant treasurer. She retains responsibility for overseeing PTL's treasury operations. Nester has been with PTL for 15 years serving in various financial leadership roles.
