HTI makes Going the Extra Mile worthwhile

Beginning Nov 1, 2005, Heil Trailer International (HTI) will introduce the “Going the Extra Mile” Service Award. This award recognizes the HTI distributor that is “Going the Extra Mile” to deliver the highest degree of customer satisfaction, by consistently demonstrating superior service and product knowledge during the sale and delivery of trailers to end users.

Customers will participate in a survey that characterizes their overall purchase experience with HTI and their professional distributor network. By letting end-users comment on the quality of service and products received during this experience, HTI and the distributor will be able to continuously improve the equipment and services offered.

The distributor with the highest overall customer satisfaction rating for a 12-month period, as measured by survey results, receives the “Going the Extra Mile” Service Award. The award will be presented at the annual NTTC Maintenance Seminar.
