Comdata Corp www.comdata.com has reached an exclusive, multi-year agreement with Schneider National Inc www.schneider.com, a truckload carrier with 16,000 employees worldwide, to provide paperless fuel tax reporting for its entire fleet of more than 12,500 trucks. Financial terms were not disclosed.

For Schneider, Comdata's Regulatory Compliance Service division will merge Schneider truck-positioning latitude and longitude data with fueling transactions from Schneider's Comchek cards, as well as company records. Through adherence to International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) standards, Comdata will electronically transmit the processed data back to Schneider headquarters.

As part of the agreement, Comdata will assign a dedicated account team to Schneider for specialized customer support and technical assistance.
