The National Industrial Transportation League has promoted Peter J Gatti to executive vice-president. He most recently served as vice-president of international relations. Jerry R Ulm will serve as treasurer and member of the Executive Committee until an election of officers in November. Ulm is president and chief executive officer of RHC Logistics.
