Add On Systems, Innovative Reach Agreement

Add On Systems Inc and its insurance carrier have agreed to pay $1 million to Innovative Computing Corp for Innovative's damage claims and attorney fees in connection with its lawsuit against Add On. Temporary injunctions against both Innovative and Add On were made permanent. Add On retains the right to perform services for customers using Innovative's Enterprise System in accordance with the terms of the customer's license agreement with Innovative. The remaining terms of this agreement are confidential, and the parties have agreed not to disclose any further details.
