CleaverBrooks acquires Cheminee Lining E

CleaverBrooks Inc announced that CleaverBrooks of Canada Limited has acquired all of the outstanding shares of Cheminee Lining E Inc in a cash transaction valued at $9.9 million (Canadian).
Cheminee Lining E is based in Terrebonne, Quebec, and is a supplier of prefabricated and custom exhaust gas stacks.
CleaverBrooks will continue to operate Cheminee Lining E as a wholly owned subsidiary in Canada, and its products will be offered through the CleaverBrooks distribution network in the United States as CB-Stack products.
