Service Transport Co, a Houston TX-based transporter of bulk liquids and chemicals, has selected TMW Systems' TMWSuite as the company's transportation management software.

TMWSuite provides transportation companies and private fleets with a comprehensive, integrated suite of operations management software and services to address the end-to-end transportation process — from order entry through settlement. It adapts to the customer's business rules, allowing the company to realize improved efficiencies and maximize profits, strengthen customer communication, and enhance driver relationships.

Service Transport is using TMW-Suite as the gateway for seamlessly integrating information from all of its systems, including order entry, rating/invoicing, dispatch, and maintenance. With real-time visibility to revenue, orders, and reports, the carrier expects to decrease Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to within five days of delivery. Other goals include a significant increase in loaded miles and decreased labor costs.
