TMW Systems Inc has formed a new research and development group, the PACE (Profitability and Client Efficiency) Team. This team will draw on TMW's experience in the trucking industry to develop new products and services that will help carriers improve operational productivity and efficiency.

The existing TMW product development group supports and enhances current products. PACE Team will operate independently, enabling it to create products and services that are new not only to TMW, but also to the industry.

PACE Team's initial project, ResultsNow by TMW, is already creating a buzz in the industry. ResultsNow is a patent-pending combination of consulting services and proprietary software that provides trucking company management and employees with constant visibility to their own real-time key performance indicators.
