SPX Service Solutions introduces its Integrated Truck Diagnostic System, a PC-based tool designed to help technicians diagnose problems.
This system integrates the software that a fleet requires onto one computer platform, with a uniform graphic interface and a minimal number of cables (the system tells the user which cable to use for each application). SPX loads the software onto each PC, preregisters the software with the OEMs, and designs the system so no software conflicts occur.
The system comes installed on a laptop computer that is water- and shock-resistant. Its touch screen means no mouse is required. Additionally, the SPX system uses open architecture, so if a fleet later needs a new piece of hardware, it is readily available and often less expensive.
This system is backed by a standard three-year parts and labor warranty and is supported by the SPX customer call center for technical support.
