Rand McNally announces new RouteTools Small Fleet Edition routing software for fleets with up to 25 trucks. RouteTools creates customized routes that small fleets can rely on to provide quick and profitable runs with the same capabilities used by larger trucking companies. The Small Fleet Edition's graphic interface lets drivers:
