Odyssey Logistics becomes Responsible Care partner

Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corp has been accepted into the American Chemistry Council's Responsible Care Partnership Program. Through this initiative Odyssey will contribute to the safe handling of chemicals in the industry, and will support its customers' Responsible Care objectives.
All member companies are required to implement the standards of the Responsible Care Management System which includes reviews of suppliers. As a Responsible Care partner, Odyssey will already be in alignment with its customers on Responsible Care issues, therefore minimizing their auditing responsibility and freeing up resources to focus on core business activities.
Responsible Care is the American Chemistry Council's award-winning performance initiative, started in 1988, which has resulted in emissions reductions of 72 percent and a worker safety record that is four and a half times safer than the manufacturing sector as a whole.
