TransCore launches www.transcoretracking.com to provide a specialized GlobalWave website that caters only to Class 8 commercial trucks and freight carriers, differentiating it from other GlobalWave markets the company serves around the world. The site will provide industry-specific market and product information, product resources, log-in portal, and customer support for GlobalWave satellite tracking and communications systems.

The company offers two primary categories of systems for the freight industry: trailer tracking and in-cab communications. Trailer tracking offerings include Slap & Track truck and trailer tracking, Sense & Track trailer monitoring with cargo sensing, and ReeferTrak advanced reefer temperature control and monitoring. CabLink in-cab communications provides truck location, engine telematics, and driver scorecard reports, including out-of-route miles, speeding, idling and over-revving, plus other fuel-conserving metrics, such as truck mile-per-gallon/kilometer readings. Carriers can mix and match these systems to suit their fleet's needs.
