J J Keller & Associates Inc is prepared to assist carriers with the filing of their Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (HVUT) through its online service, 2290online.com. Launched in 2009, 2290online.com has helped nearly 8,000 carriers file their HVUT, a requirement for vehicles with a gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more.
