J J Keller's State & Federal Labor Law Poster Sets & Update Service will help employers comply with a new Department of Labor rule effective November 14, 2011.

The rule requires virtually all private employers subject to the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) to post a physical notice of employee rights. Employers must also post the notice on the company's Intranet or Internet site, if personnel rules and policies are customarily posted there.

With J J Keller's Electronic Labor Law Posting Management Service, customers can meet the electronic posting requirement by downloading an electronic version of the required NLRA poster and sharing it via their company's Intranet or Internet site. As with the print Update Service, all federal and state postings are automatically updated when there is a required change.
