ILTA’s Advanced Tanks-Air Emissions training seminar will be November 8-9 at the Hilton Hotel and Executive Meeting Center in Long Beach CA. It will be conducted by Rob Ferry, PE, of the TGB Partnership.
The workshop provides a detailed look into air emissions issues relating to the design, construction, and inspection of aboveground storage tanks. It addresses regulatory compliance, emissions calculations, and recordkeeping and reporting requirements. A half-day training on air issues pertaining directly to loading rack operations will be offered November 8. Time will be provided on both days for attendees to visit with the exhibitors displaying their tank-related products and services.

*Refinery MACT ICR – Now that the dust has settled, what was in the guidance on emissions estimating?
*Degassing – TCEQ has revised its rule and the action that EPA is taking on this issue.
