Michelin is guaranteeing satisfaction for first-time X One tire customers with its X One Total Satisfaction Guarantee.

This guarantee is available to new X One tire customers who purchase at least four replacement X One tire assemblies. The guarantee covers the first 10 tire sets purchased for the first 60 days. Michelin will take back the tires and provide a full refund if the customer is not satisfied.

As part of its guarantee, Michelin will buy back X One casings and will cover 75% of the cost of the wheels if the owner isn't pleased with the tire's performance at the end of its original tread life.

The X One replaces dual tire sets with just one tire on tandem-axle tractors and trailers.
