Polar Tank Trailer LLC has appointed Bryan Burns as Ohio Valley regional sales manager, replacing Fred Billow, who retired at the end of August. Burns will be based in Marietta OH. He previously worked as sales manager for the Polar Service Center in Marietta.
ArvinMeritor Inc has appointed Garrick Hu vice-president — vehicle dynamics advanced engineering, Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS). Hu most recently served as vice-president — advanced engineering for Volvo Global Trucks.
Brent Lilly has joined Titan Industries as national sales manager based in Dallas TX. He has more than 24 years of sales and marketing experience, 20 of which were with Gates Rubber Co.
Littlejohn Inc has promoted Steven Kent Willard to purchasing manager. He has been with Littlejohn for 13 years, most recently as a member of the sales staff.
Detroit Diesel Corp (DDC) has appointed John J “Jim” Morrow president. Morrow previously was senior vice-president — aftermarket sales and Remanufacturing Corp and president — Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing Corp. The Remanufacturing Corp is a wholly owned subsidiary of DDC.
Tuthill Transport Technologies has named Jim Box district sales manager representing a portion of the northeastern United States and Ontario, Canada. He will be based in Grimsby Ontario. Box has worked with Trailmobile, Manac, and Titan Trailers.
First Fleet Corp has promoted Irene Kessler to chief information officer and vice-president of fleet services, a newly created position. Serving with First Fleet since 1997, she has more than 25 years of experience in systems development. Peter Flynn has been named vice-president of lease funding. He has held management positions in the remarketing, lease origination administration, lease pricing, and portfolio departments. Matthew Paul, who has served with First Fleet since 1999, has been appointed assistant vice-president and remarketing manager.
Transportation Technologies Industries Inc (TTI) has named Brad Rolfe senior account manager. He was formerly employed for more than 11 years by German-based Benteler Automotive, the past seven years spent representing that firm in Detroit MI.
