Heil Trailer International announces that Bob Foster, president, is retiring at the end of 2005 after an almost 29-year career with Heil. He began his career in 1977 as materials manager during the early construction phase of Heil's Athens TN facility. Foster is to be succeeded by Andy Fincher, currently serving as executive vice-president. Fincher will assume the role of HTI president Jan 1, 2006.
Michael O'Connell has been named vice-president of sales and service for Holland USA Inc, a subsidiary of The Holland Group Inc. He joined the company in September 2003 as director of truck OEM sales.
Tim Deany has been promoted to plant manager of the Melrose Park Engine Plant in Illinois, where International Truck and Engine Corp produces its in-line six-cylinder diesel engines. Deany had been manager of manufacturing operations.
J J Keller & Associates Inc has hired Jeffrey Horn as a senior account executive in the Outsource Services Group, serving the northeastern United States from his Mansfield MA office. He has served in various sales/business development roles in both the transportation and medical supplies/services industries.
