ArvinMeritor Inc has appointed Stephen Luc managing director, Worldwide Trailer Products. He will be based at the company's headquarters in Troy MI. Most recently, Luc served as business unit director for the company's CVS European Trailer Products, in Wrexham, Wales.

Ray Rodriguez has joined Quala Systems Inc (QSI) as vice-president-sales and marketing. He rejoins QSI after a seven-year absence, during which he worked in sales, most recently in Birmingham AL. Rodriguez had worked for QSI previously as director of national accounts and as district general manager. He will relocate to the Tampa FL area and work from the QSI corporate office. Luis Cantres has been named QSI facility manager for San Pablo CA. Cantres most recently managed daily operations of six retail stores for more than seven years.

Brenner Tank LLC has appointed John F Cannon vice-president-sales and marketing. He has been with Brenner since 1987, most recently in sales and marketing assignments, and has served as chairman of the Truck Trailer Manufacturers Association's Executive and Engineering Committees.

Consolidated Metco Inc (ConMet) has appointed Ken Kelley wheel end product manager. Most recently, he served as vice-president of engineering and business development for Walther Engineering and Mfg Co.

Betts Industries Inc has appointed Andy Beardsley general sales manager. He has held various sales positions with Betts since joining the company in 1988.
