Peterbilt Motors Co recently honored Rush Peterbilt Truck Centers of Fontana CA as its North America Dealer of the Year.

Nick Panza, vice-president of Peterbilt parent company Paccar and general manager of Peterbilt, said Rush was successful in 2000 because it focused on an aggressive sales plan, kept an eye on quality throughout its dealership, and paid attention to established business practices.

Peterbilt also honored Jeff Swaner, sales representative from Idaho Falls Peterbilt, as its 2000 ExSELLence Competition Grand Champion. The ExSELLence program is a sales skills competition held among all North American Peterbilt dealership sales personnel.
