Peterbilt Model 320 Offered with Cat C10

Sep 1, 2001 12:00 PM

Peterbilt Motors Co's Model 320 low-cab-forward vehicle is now available with the higher-horsepower Caterpillar C10 engine. The C10 — available at 305-, 335-, and 350-horsepower ratings — joins the Caterpillar 3126B and Cummins ISC and ISM as an engine option for the Model 320. It can be converted to dual-fuel use in the aftermarket, making it suitable for areas that require or offer incentives for using natural gas/diesel fuel engines to lower emissions. The Model 320 is custom-manufactured for refuse (front loader, rear loader, side loader, roll-off, recycler, and vacuum pump), concrete pumper, tanker, and fire apparatus applications.
