Houston TX-based Hose & Fittings Inc has bought the assets of the Industrial Hose Division of Construction Forms known as South Houston Hose. The purchase was completed Dec 9, 2003.

South Houston discontinued business December 9 and was immediately converted to Hose & Fittings Inc. The continuity will be carried forward with the hiring of John Gomez as inside sales contact and Tracy McMillin as outside sales contact.

The warehouse location will be moved to 3609 North McCarty in Houston, and the new phone numbers are 713-676-0282 and 800-370-1306. South Houston's phone number (713-643-4355) will stay active for a while before it switches to 713-676-0282.
