Jim Van Hefty has resigned as vice-president/general manager of Schneider National Bulk Carriers (SNBC) to join the Schneider National Intermodal team in a senior leadership role. George Grossardt, a 19-year veteran of Schneider, has been appointed the new vice-president/general manager of SNBC.

The boards of directors of Kinder Morgan Inc, Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP, and Kinder Morgan Management LLC have named chief financial officer Park Shaper president and also appointed Steve Kean executive vice-president — operations and a member of the Office of the Chairman. Natural Gas Pipelines President Deb Macdonald plans to retire in summer 2006, but will be available as a consultant for at least two years after that. Scott Parker, president of Natural Gas Pipeline Co of America (NGPL), will replace Macdonald as president of Natural Gas Pipelines in October 2005. Dave Devine, vice-president of financial planning for Natural Gas Pipelines, will replace Parker as president of NGPL. Tom Martin, vice-president of asset optimization for the intrastate pipelines, will replace Kean as president of the Texas Intrastate Pipeline Group. Kim Allen, vice-president of investor relations and treasurer, has been named CFO and will continue managing investor relations. David Kinder, who oversees the company's acquisitions, has been named treasurer and will remain vice-president of corporate development.
