Richard A Ramach has been named president and chief operating officer of Cryogenic Transportation (CTI). He joined the firm in 2002 as vice-president — east region operations and sales. Kevin Knight is the new director of operations and most recently was director of CTI's centralized driver training facility in Baytown TX. David Dudley has been appointed chief financial officer. He joined CTI in 2002 from Quality Distribution, where he had accounting and financial responsibility for its dry bulk, tank cleaning, and non-United States operations.

Three drivers based at Transport Service Co's Loudon TN terminal — Mike Moser, John Harris, and Fred Parkey — have joined the company's Two Million Mile Club for drivers who have logged that many accident-free miles.

Christopher Graham has joined XTRA Lease as regional sales manager for the Northeast region. Most recently, he was regional director of sales — East Coast for Budget Car/Truck Rental.
