GE Capital Fleet Services has appointed John J Haines senior vice-president — vehicle remarketing for both GE Capital Fleet Services and Auto Financial Services businesses. Haines was previously vice-president — asset remarketing of GE Capital's Auto Financial Services business in Barrington IL.
