Frank L “Hank” Waters has been named vice-president of Ashland Inc and president of Ashland Distribution Co. Since January 1999, Waters has served as vice-president and general manager of the Ashland plastics division of Ashland Distribution Co in Brussels, Belgium.
Highway Transport Inc has promoted David R Smith to terminal manager at its Nashville TN location. He began his career at Highway Transport in July 1995 as a petroleum driver at the Nashville terminal.
