Boncosky Services has hired Tom Stene as maintenance manager, based at the corporate headquarters and service center in Lake in the Hills IL. Stene also will be in charge of Boncosky's tank wash operations at Lake in the Hills. He previously was facility/project manager with Stuart Tank Sales Corp.

GE Capital Fleet Services has promoted Marian Powell to senior vice-president of its North America Core Commercial organization with responsibilities for all sales, marketing, product management, and e-business functions. Powell most recently directed e-business, marketing, and product management for Fleet Services.

Dedicated Logistics has named Craig Cullinan vice-president-business development and Bob Dillingham director-business development. Cullinan most recently was vice-president-sales and marketing for ShipLogix. Dillingham has served in business development roles with various firms.
