completes CompAir buy

Gardner Denver Inc, Quincy IL, has completed its previously announced acquisition of CompAir Holdings Ltd, Redditch, United Kingdom, a manufacturer of compressed air and gas solutions, according to Gardner Denver information.

Total transaction value was approximately 200.6 million UK pounds sterling (about $340 million).
