Bridgestone completes Bandag merger

Bridgestone Americas Holding Inc, Nashville TN, has completed its $1.05-billion merger with Bandag Inc, Muscatine IA, according to Bridgestone information.
Saul Solomon was named Bandag chairman and chief executive officer. Bandag will remain in Muscatine and its brand name will not change.
