Michelin announces X One raffle winner

Dan McPherson of DANMAC Trucking Inc in Cameron NC has won four new Michelin X One XDN2 wide single truck tires mounted on Alcoa aluminum rims, courtesy of Michelin and Alcoa. McPherson's name was selected from nearly 1,000 entries at a live drawing held March 21, 2009 at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville KY.
McPherson was present at the drawing and chose to have his tires shipped to him. The X One tire raffle was a promotion facilitated by Michelin Americas Truck Tires for attendees at the 2009 MATS.
X One tires were introduced in 2000 and continue to demonstrate fuel savings for large and small fleets, as well as owner-operators. X One tires also save on vehicle weight, enabling haulers to increase their payloads and reduce the number of truck trips needed to transport materials.
