Civacon has added Ron Phillips as its new Western Region account manager. He previously held the position of regional sales manager for Cleveland OH-based Eberhard Manufacturing.

The Holland Group Inc has promoted Bill Hicks to product manager for the Trailer Suspension Systems Product Management Team (PMT). He most recently was Engineering Group leader for the Trailer Suspension Systems PMT.

Larry Gillies is joining Timbren Industries as key account manager. He has a wealth of experience in both the automotive aftermarket and performance/accessory industries.

Doug Sanford has become general manager of Hendrickson Spring, while Matt Boler is now general manager of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim. Sanford formerly was general manager of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim. Boler previously served as director of strategic planning for The Boler Co.
