Liteflex offers heavy-duty trailer spring

Liteflex LLC of Englewood OH is introducing a new heavy-duty trailer spring rated at 25,000 lbs and targeted for the more demanding applications of tankers and reefers. It has been field-tested for five years in several locations with outstanding performance and reliability.
The rubber jounce bumper, which is in constant contact with the frame rail, provides a ride significantly better than steel and very close to an air-ride suspension. The weight is 68 lbs per axle lighter than heavy-duty steel springs and 200 lbs lighter than air-ride. The spring is similar to the one introduced in 2006 but designed to provide better performance in more demanding applications.
