Heil salutes Alcoa as Supplier of the Year

Heil Trailer International announced that Alcoa Wheel has been awarded Supplier of the Year. Greg Hewitt, president of Heil Trailer, presented the award to Mike Baird of Alcoa Wheel during the 2011 Heil Supplier Conference in Athens TN on September 27–28. This award is based on the suppler that received the highest quarterly scores on Heil’s Supplier Scorecard Program, which identifies consistently top-performing suppliers.
Four other companies received awards and were recognized as Key Suppliers:
•Accuride
•Leeco Steel
•Ridewell
•T Top Manufacturing
Supplier performance is measured quarterly on these categories: Quality, Delivery, Cost Management, and Warranty. High-performing suppliers are important to Heil’s success allowing Heil to provide high-quality products, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing.
