WestMor Industries LLC Purchases Kleespie Tank & Petroleum Equipment

The assets of Kleespie Tank & Petroleum Equipment Inc, Morris, Minnesota, have been sold to WestMor Industries LLC, an investment group, according to Paul Olson, Wetmor president.

Kleespie is a manufacturer of petroleum and liquid handling equipment and services, including propane, carbon dioxide and nitrogen tank trailers. The company operates facilities in Minneapolis/St Paul, Minnesota: Mandan, North Dakota; Portage, Wisconsin; California, Maryland; Sauk Centre, Minnesota; and Portage, Michigan.

The sale became effective September 7, 2001.

"It is our firm belief that the broad financial base and expertise that our new owners and directors will bring to our team will allow us to effectively provide our customers with the products and services they expect."
