Jack Allen, vice-president and general manager of International's parts business, has been named president of the engine group. He succeeds Richard J Fotsch, who resigned to accept an executive position with Wisconsin-based Kohler Co. Phyllis E Cochran, chief executive officer and GM of Navistar Financial Corp, was named to succeed Allen at the parts business. She has headed the company's finance subsidiary operations since December 2002.
Omni Logistics has appointed John W Jackson executive vice-president. Before joining Omni, he held senior executive positions in logistics, bulk trucking, specialized trucking, and hazardous waste transportation.
Beall Corp has appointed Steve Brenner as a regional sales manager for Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. The Arlington TX resident spent five years as a sales coordinator and then almost 20 years as a regional sales manager for Brenner Tank.
Van Patterson has joined the Qualawash team as QSI sales manager.Since April 2003, he has been working at Quality Carriers' central dispatch.
Terry Mennen is the new director of sales for vocational accounts at Hendrickson International, while Sean Coleman returned to the company sales organization as director of sales — OEM truck products. Mennen most recently was director of sales — truck products, and Coleman previously served with the Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems marketing department as senior marketing manager.
Arrow Truck Sales Inc has created two new regional sales manager positions. George Papp has been named eastern regional sales manager after serving as national fleet sales manager since 2000. Ken Kosic has rejoined Arrow to serve as western regional sales manager. He started in the heavy-truck industry in 1971 and has worked at major truck dealerships. Pete Monize has been promoted to group purchasing director from his previous position as a sales associate.
