Semo Tank to expand Acro facility, services

After acquiring Acro Trailer Co in late 2001, Semo Tank/Baker Equipment Co of Perryville MO is enhancing services throughout its operations. The Acro facility in Springfield MO will be expanded and will continue to operate under its name.
When the Acro repair expansion is completed, the Semo affiliate, Rogersville Tank Repair, will relocate to Springfield. Semo will continue to operate from the home office in Perryville, and also from its other affiliate, Gator Tank Trailer in Ocala FL.
Wayne Roderick has been named plant manager for Acro, and David Rohr will remain sales manager. Roderick had managerial duties at the Rogersville facility, and served as the company engineer for all three Semo locations. Roderick and Rohr each have more than 35 years' experience in the tank trailer industry.
