Salco Products purchases Hazarsolve Corp

Salco Products Inc, a supplier of parts and services to transportation-related industries, has purchased the assets of Hazarsolve Corp.
Under terms of the purchase, which was effective Nov 15, 2003, Hazarsolve will become the Hazarsolve Product Line Division of Salco and will operate from Salco's corporate headquarters in Lemont IL, and from its sales/distribution facility in Tomball TX. Raymond Bass, Hazarsolve founder and president, has been named general manager of the new division.
The Hazarsolve division will provide components, many for improved corrosive characteristics companies serving the rail and liquid/dry trailer transportation industry. Its product line includes eduction pipes, dip-tube flex kits, surge protectors, splash baffles, swing bolts, wing nuts, hose bibs, and flange transition bibs.
