Designed for pneumatic tank trailers, Salco Products Inc's Rapid Flange is a time- and labor-saving tool that simplifies access to the butterfly valve.

A driver can drop the valves for a conversion wash of the trailer in a minimal amount of time. Rapid Flange can be applied to a new tank or retrofit, and little effort is required to install, use, clean, or replace it. No new equipment is required, and no cutting of the existing flange or welding to the existing tank is necessary. This tool causes no reduction of ground clearance; the tee remains the same distance from the road.
