All-Flo Pump Co Inc has introduced a new line of 1½" plastic pumps with a flanged manifold (both ANSI- and DIN-compatible). The pump is dimensionally interchangeable with leading competitors. These pumps offer flow rates up to 95 gpm and are available in both polypropylene and PVDF with Santoprene, Geolast, or Teflon diaphragms and O-rings. High-wear and abrasion-resistant valve seats made of polypropylene and nylon are available, and for increased suction lift, the nitrile (Buna-N) or EPDM valve seats can be used.

This pump has an entirely plastic air system, which is corrosion-resistant, lube-free, non-stalling, and freeze-resistant. Air systems on All-Flo pumps are modular. Materials of construction include polypropylene, nylon, conductive nylon, PVDF, aluminum, and 316 stainless steel plus a range of elastomers.
