A full line of stackable pipe mounting collars for routing stainless steel pipe and hose in chemical, pharmaceutical, pollution control, and wastewater systems is available from Stafford Mfg Corp.

Stafford Pipe Mounting Collars clamp securely onto standard size stainless steel pipe and hose and have either one or two flat surfaces for mounting onto another flat surface or stacking on top of each other. Featuring stainless steel construction, they are suitable for processes that require occasional pipe rerouting or the flexibility to add additional lines.

Fastened by stainless steel socket cap screws, these two-piece mounting collars have a smooth bore and are offered in sizes from 3/8" to 1½" ID. Available with compatible PTFE or nylon bushings to permit pipe expansion and allow for vibration, they can also be supplied in aluminum, steel, and special hinged versions.
