MightyLite lifeline stops falls within two feet

Sep 1, 2002 12:00 PM

Dalloz Fall Protection's new Miller MightyLite 175-foot sealed self-retracting lifeline gives workers freedom of movement while stopping falls within two feet or less. These sealed units can be permanently installed in hard-to-mount locations.

MightyLite lifelines are produced with corrosion-resistant components and a sealed braking system to resist dirt and debris. The units are designed to handle conditions on drilling rigs, grain elevators, tower cranes, and other long-range applications.

Available in 20-, 30-, 50-, 65-, 100-, 130-, and 175-ft lengths, units come in stainless steel or galvanized wire rope. To protect the polyester webbing on the 20- and 50-ft units, Dalloz uses DuPont Teflon HT, an invisible finish that repels water/oil, grease, dirt, concrete dust, and other substances that may damage the webbing.
