Fort Vale, a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of road, rail, and ISO tank container equipment for the bulk liquid transport industry, has launched its Spares Hotline. This initiative is an extension of the world network of Fort Vale distribution partners and authorized repair centers and will provide tank operators, leasing companies, and repair depots with instant access to seals, gaskets, and replacement metal parts.

Maintenance manuals on interactive CDs are also available through the Spares Hotline, as are the tools used in valve repair - including the new Seat Repair Kit. This is designed to reduce maintenance costs by providing an inexpensive alternative to remachining footvalves and relief valve seats that have suffered from pitting due to product attack.

Fort Vale soon will unveil its new web site, which will include e-commerce capability designed to accept orders from the after-market online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
