EXSIF Worldwide has promoted Nick Martucci to vice-president of its Houston TX-based North and South America regional operation. Reporting to him are newly promoted Rudi Niederkorn as marketing director — North America and Warwick Spencer, technical and operations manager for the region. Niels Mastenbroeke is moving from the London, England, office to serve as sales representative at EXSIF's new Rotterdam, Netherlands, office, where he joins Rinus Verbugge, technical manager.

Hazmat Enviromental Group, based in Buffalo NY, has appointed John Jackson chief operating officer. His previous position was vice-president and general manager of Trimac Logistics. He is relocating from Houston TX.
