J M Malone, a member of the National Tank Truck Carriers board of directors, has been promoted to executive vice-president for A D Conner Inc of Frankfort IL. Previously, he was director of operations and safety.

Jack Gross has joined Schneider Logistics Inc as vice-president of business development. He comes to Schneider from The Axis Group, a finished logistics organization, where he was president and chief executive officer.

Gardner Green has been named vice-president of sales for Ruan Transportation Management Systems and will be based in Dallas TX. Most recently, he served at Schneider National Carriers Inc as national account manager.
