Cargo tank test/inspection workshops set

National Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMSCA) will co-sponsor four cargo tank test and inspection workshops at four locations in summer 2005.
The two-day workshops cover compliance with DOT'S cargo tank qualification and maintenance regulations found in 49 CFR Parts 107 and 108. Workshops will be conducted by FMCSA field agents active in cargo tank regulatory enforcement. All types of specification cargo tanks will be covered during the course. DOT will discuss the impact of HM-213 on trailer maintenance procedures.

June 29-30, Holiday Inn Bay Bridge, Oakland CA
July 19-20, Holiday Inn Denver Airport, Denver CO
Aug 24-25, Holiday Inn Hotel Downtown, Providence RI
Sept 14-15, Holiday Inn West Memphis (AR)
