Baker Tanks acquires Valley Tank Co

Baker Tanks has acquired Valley Tank Co, based in Fort Smith AR. Valley rents 20,000-plus gallon steel tanks for temporary liquid storage in the Arkansas and Oklahoma oilfields.
Bryan Livingston, chief operating officer of Baker Tanks, said, “The acquisition of Valley Tank materially advances our expansion in a key target market. In addition, Danny Denton, president of Valley Tank, is a highly respected veteran of the equipment rental industry and will remain on board to help direct further growth in the Gulf South and Southeast territories.”
Baker Tanks continues to seek acquisition opportunities that complement its core equipment rental business in steel tanks, poly-tanks, pumps, and filtration.
