Heil Trailer International announced that Opperman & Son Inc  has joined the Heil distribution network as a “Going the Extra Mile” dealer. Opperman & Son will provide sales, service and parts for the Heil petroleum, crude, and hot products lines for a 10-county region covering Southern California.

In conjunction with becoming a Heil dealer, Opperman & Son has added Jay Dombowski to its sales team as director of new tank sales. With more than 35 years of experience in the truck and trailer industry, he most recently was a transportation services company owner.

Opperman & Son has locations in Fontana and Healdsburg CA. It has provided tanker sales, service, and parts throughout the United States, Canada, and Central America for the past 50 years.

“The addition of Heil is a natural fit for our company to expand its presence on the West Coast and continue its move into tank leasing services,” said Marc Opperman, president of Opperman & Son.
