FIBA receives tube manufacturing approval

FIBA Technologies Inc announces that the US Department of Transportation (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), acting as the competent authority of the United States, has granted FIBA the Approval CA2008090018, which authorizes FIBA to manufacture and mark UN tubes built according to ISO design, construction, and testing standard ISO 11120.
According to FIBA, it is the first company in the world to be granted this authorization. It was granted after an extensive audit of tube manufacturing and quality control processes by the DOT.
