A-One Chemicals & Equipment Inc acquired Suncoast Chemicals Inc, Dickinson TX, on March 1. Suncoast is now the odor control division of A-One.

Suncoast has been providing odor control chemicals for more than 20 years and built up a strong customer base in the chemical production and petroleum refining sectors. Suncoast’s staff, manufacturing, and research have been moved to A-One’s Deer Park TX location. David Barley, previously Suncoast’s owner, also joined A-One to manage the new odor control division. 

“This acquisition expands our operation and gives us a broader line of products,” says Bill Doyle, A-One president. “We know we are going to need a larger facility in the near future, and we’ve already acquired 3.5 acres near our current location.”
